Lyric Opera Young Professionals Board
When I first moved to Chicago, I thought maybe, if I was very lucky, I’d get to see a couple productions a season at the world-famous Lyric Opera. Then I discovered the Lyric Young Professionals, an organization offering discounted tickets, a chance to help raise money for young opera stars on the rise, and a noble mission to raise the profile of this art form I love so much.
It didn’t take long before I joined the board, became the Social Media Chair, and saw every opera the Lyric put up. Today, membership is up by over 300% and we’ve got an active and engaged presence on Facebook and Instagram. Here are some of my favorite campaigns.
